Cera Delta ceramic crown for a single tooth gap
Our full crowns made of Celtra ceramics can be individually assembled in our shop. Celtra is a guarantee for an aesthetic, high-quality and durable dental prosthesis. Celtra ceramic has excellent fluorescence, opalescence and tanslucency Celtra ceramic is only approved for dentures in the front teeth, up to the premolar area. Our all-ceramic is the special ceramic (CELTRA-Press) or ( CELTRA-Duo), it consists of zirconium-reinforced lithium silicate and is produced exactly according to the manufacturer's specifications, using the latest CAD/CAM technology. Celtra ceramic has an exceptional bending strength of > 500 MPa and thus ensures reliable results for anterior bridges of up to three units and up to the 2nd premolar (small molars).
You can assemble our full ceramic Cera Delta crowns individually in our shop. Of course, we need some information about your order so that we can make you the perfect zirconium crown. In the following, we will explain to you what information we need and also explain how the final price for one or more zirconium crowns is composed.
Facts and figures:
- Celtra has a unique microstructure of zirconia reinforced lithium silicate, or ZLS for short.
- With a strength of over 500 MPa Celtra Press sets a new benchmark in the segment of high-strength glass ceramics. The 10 percent addition of zirconia, which is completely dissolved in the glass matrix.
- A power-fire firing, which is already possible in stain and glaze firing for these monolithic Celtra restorations, ensures exceptionally high strength.
- Advantages:
- The special feature of Celtra is its very high surface quality. This surface allows intraoral polishing in the patient's mouth, which is possible, for example, during fine adjustment of the occlusal surfaces, without additional glaze firing. This special feature of Celtra saves an additional practice appointment after grinding.
- Aesthetics:
- Natural looking teeth that fit seamlessly in the mouth
- Biocompatible:
- Metal-free, biocompatible material
- Permanently good fit
- Long-lasting:
- Celtra is a high performance ceramic material that has been specially developed for its field of application and that can withstand the enormous forces that occur during chewing.
- Tried and tested safely:
- The material group of zirconia-reinforced lithium ceramics (Celta) is characterized by high clinical performance
Unique basic unit per jaw
The basic unit per jaw for a crown made of Celtra ceramic is only charged once by us, regardless of whether you order one crown or several ceramic crowns in one jaw from us. We use it to create a segmented working model for all further work on a perfectly fitting ceramic crown. The segmented model produced with the basic unit also serves as a template for subsequent orders. If you need crowns or bridges in both the upper and lower jaw, please choose the basic unit for two jaws. The price of a crown made of Celtra for a single tooth gap can vary depending on the selected plastic material.
Existing implants
Implants help them to improve the fit of a crown in case of several missing teeth. If you already have implants in your mouth, you can enter the number of existing implants to the right of the Cera Delta ceramic crown. We need the number of existing implants so that we can match the implant crowns perfectly to the existing implants and calculate them.
