Aligner tooth correction splints incl. planning for 2 jaws
Optilign Aligner dental correction splints for a perfect smile
The Optilign Aligner dental correction splints for two jaws, are used for a largely invisible orthodontic treatment method for the correction of slight to moderate tooth misalignment in two jaws. The desired tooth position in the visible area is usually achieved with 18 individually matched thin and transparent plastic splints. Depending on the degree of tooth misalignment, the number of splints can vary upwards. (English aligner).
Before any definitive planning, it is advisable to make a feasibility inquiry for 70.21€ to ensure that a tooth correction splint can be used at all.
This offer includes the planning and correction of 2 jaws, both the upper and lower jaws are corrected. In the case of slight corrections of the position of the teeth, the correction of one jaw is often sufficient. In the case of more severe misalignments, the opposite jaw, usually the lower jaw, must also be corrected in parallel.
However, in order to achieve optimal function in addition to aesthetics, it is usually recommended to correct both jaws.
The planning and tooth position correction is assessed by an orthodontist and digitally planned in at least 3 steps with 9 splints each, for each jaw, i.e. at least 18 splints. In case of larger malocclusions, more treatment steps may be necessary to achieve an optimal result.
After the orthodontic overall planning, you will receive a cost overview, a printout with a detailed description of all individual steps and a description of the achievable tooth position correction.
The success of your tooth correction depends on the final permanent use of a retainer. A retainer can take the form of a transparent splint or a permanent fixation of the tooth position by the treating dentist.
The listed prices are laboratory costs including the orthodontic evaluation.
In any case, a variable dentist's fee is added. You will find out the exact amount of this fee by visiting the dentist you trust. If you have not yet found a dentist, you are welcome to make use of our nationwide network of dentists.
